30-minute workout

Kettlebells are adaptable to your strength and fitness level and come in a variety of sizes. Choose your kettlebell weight based on your ability.

Warm-up (5 minutes)

Set No. 1 (30 seconds each move)

  1. Kettlebell Swings
  2. Kettlebell Pocket Grabs
  3. Halo
  4. REST

Set No. 2 (30 seconds each move)

  1. Kettlebell Toe Taps 
  2. Glute Bridge and Swings
  3. Plank and Reach
  4. REST

Set No. 3 (30 seconds each move)

  1. Kettlebell Hop Overs
  2. Supported Bent-Over Row
  3. Sit-up to Press
  4. REST

Stretch (5 minutes)
